My name is Randall Helms, I am 30 years old, and I am the Communities Manager at ITN Productions in London, a role that I have held at the time of writing for all of seven days. Before joining ITN, I had been running an independent marketing consultancy firm called Suitably Social Marketing (SSM), which I established in November 2010 after graduating with distinction from the Full-Time MBA program at the University of Edinburgh Business School.

This blog was originally set up to serve as a complement to my dissertation on marketing through social networks, but since submission (and receiving a first!) it has evolved into a venue for me to discuss my thoughts about where I see social media going and how marketers can best take advantage of the available opportunities, as well as whatever else takes my fancy.
